PF Creeping in to my Dreams

April 24th, 2007 at 04:25 pm

Last night I dreamed I pulled in to the gas station to fill up and the price was $6.50 per gallon! Everyone at the station stood around chatting and comparing gas prices at different stations.
Bizarre ...

Must have been the night for "money nightmares". I woke in the wee hours of the morning, stressing because I had a dream that I "forgot" to pay some credit card bills, and I didn't have the money to pay them! When I was awake, I remembered that I just paid off my credit card bill and don't have any more credit card debt. Strange.

Sometimes I dream that I didn't record my spending, so when I wake up, the first thing I do is go check it. Its weird because its usually just a small part of a bigger dream, but thats the part that I remember when I wake up.

Funny, i had an especialy memorable dream last night that I was on vacation in Denmark and that while I was sitting at a counter and ordering a Danish breakfast, someone stole my luggage and purse.

Someone there helped me figure out who it was who stole my stuff, and when the person returned to the cafe, i confronted her and she admitted having taken it but wouldn't give it back.

Then I decided to Call US Customs so that when she tried to leave the country, she would be arrested.

My scariest dream (PF-themed, possibly) in ten years visited me just after the storm and heavy rains of December. We were in the living room of our house, looking outside and seeing 5 feet of water. My husband had the front door open, but the screen door closed, and miraculously none of the water was coming in. I screamed at him to close the door and he did.

Then I asked: "we're on one of the higher hills of our city. If we're looking at 5 feet of water outside, how are the rest of the citizens faring?"
