How will consumers pay in the future?
Will we go back to writing checks? If so, maybe I should buy stock in Deluxe or Current!
I'll bet, tho, that some new form of payment will emerge ... Wish I could be the one to invent it!
(Sorry I've not been around. Thanks for checking in Lux. Very busy getting ready for waves of houseguests ... has involved a fair amount of spending on pillows, air mattresses, etc.)

Second round is on day 12 of 22. DH took them on a road trip so I got to come check in on things here at SA. Fortunately, my most recent work project finished up earlier than expected, so I'll be able to get cleaning, laundry, shopping, and planning for Thanksgiving done while they are away. They are absolutely wonderful people and I am really enjoying having them here, but I'll confess it is nice to have "my" house back to myself for a couple days!
We're having only one guest in December, just for 2 days.
Then my mom comes in January for 8 days.
Oh the JOYS (seriously) of having a new house in a town family has never visited before ... Austin got bumped to the very top of everyone's vacation destinations!
